🧡 Orange Shirt Day – September 30th! 🧡 In respect of Truth and Reconciliation Day, our office will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, September 30th, and we will reopen on Wednesday, October 1st. We encourage everyone to take this day to reflect, learn, and honor the courage, strength, and resilience of residential school survivors and their families. Here are two local community events happening tomorrow that you may wish to attend: 📍 Akwesasne – Generations Park. 🕙 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with activities starting at 8:30 AM). ✨ Activities: Orange Shirt giveaway, opening ceremony, community social, cultural presentations, a medicine game, and free activities such as language, crafts, reiki, and more. 📍 Cornwall – Lamoureux Park. 🕒 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. ✨ Featuring: Residential school history, immersive culture sharing, traditional teachings, and social dancing. Vendors will also be on site. Let us come together in reflection and solidarity to honor Indigenous peoples, cultures, and histories. 🧡 (fb)

Your Cart Sexual Assault Support Services Stormont Dundas Glengarry Akwesasne For over 20 years SASS for Women has been working to end sexual violence and support survivors. Helping women for over 20 years Sexual Assault Support Services SDGA Outreach services are offered in the counties of Stormont Dundas and Glengarry and Akwesasne to all women 16 years of age and older who are survivors of sexual violence at any point of their lives. Our dedicated staff are here to help. In need of immediate help.
