Congratulations to our Senior Track and Field team for a strong day one of the CISAA Championship at York University yesterday. As always great personal performances by all. The notable results: Grade 11 student, Sam S. was 3rd in the Senior Boys 1500 m race. Grade 10 student, Matteo C. placed 3rd in Junior Boys Shot Put. Grade 10 student, Ben C. was 3rd in Junior Boys Triple Jump and 4th in the Junior Boys 100 m Hurdles. We're proud of all our athletes, and excited for what day two will bring. GO Knights! (fb)

Fun, fast, fantastic community spirit -- RSGC's annual charity run, in support of a community organization ran (pun intended) beautifully on Friday. This year, the run's proceeds go to '13th Round Fight for Life,' a purpose-built boxing gym dedicated to sharing the art, skill and benefits of boxing with our local community through paid memberships, while offering free youth boxing programs.
