Members received an inspiring update on the PolioPlus program and learned about the next exciting leg of Miss Vicky’s journey as part of the PolioPlus Challenge. Installation Dinner - Rotary Clib of White Rock The club celebrated at the Bayside Rugby Club in S. Surrey with a great dinner provided by Red Rose restaurant, dance instruction from the Arthur Murray dancers, and then later an awards ceremony. This past weekend, our club celebrated the past year and all our accomplishments under the leadership of President Anthony Manning and his Board of Directors and Officers. Well done all! The club celebrated at the Bayside Rugby Club in S. Surrey with a great dinner provided by Red Rose restaurant, dance instruction from the Arthur Murray dancers and then later an awards ceremony. Congratulations to the following members: - Paul Harris Fellow (Community) – awarded to Elizabeth Winkler for the White Rock Pantry Project - Paul Harris Fellow (Club) – Bert Coates for his years of support - Rookie of the Year – Margo Williams for her constant support of club events since joining. Exceptional Service – - Monique Husslage for championing the Leaders of Tomorrow program. - Winston Conyers for his dedication in the fight against polio. - Rotarian of the Year – Keith Becker for his leadership with our successful book sales. - Superstar – Michele Partridge for her positivity and for raising our club’s social media presence.
