Leaders in Action 2024/25 goes off into the sunset 🌅 🥲 We had such a great year with our Leaders in Action crew! This group of participants was dedicated to learning and growth and built a sense of community amongst them. Sadly, our year end trip to Squamish was postponed, due to wildfires, but we sent off the group with a farewell dinner and we'll see them for our make-up trip in August! We can't wait to go camping one more time with this awesome group of youth, they've impacted our lives, as Program Leads as volunteers, just as much as Elevation has impacted theirs. Here's what a couple of our participants had to say about the program: "I can finally accept who I am without thinking negatively of my skills or competence in sports field." - Leaders in Action Participant "I would not be able to maintain a job without the skills and lessons learned from my time at Elevation, I would be a much more reserved person, I wouldn't have been exposed to these activity's which I enjoy and mountain biking.
