What you said is very profound and to the point. Meditation alone is not enough. It is very important to recognize the mind from the body and mind and to be aware of its condition. In Tibetan Buddhism, there is a very rich tradition of the nature of the mind and its functions. The mind is considered to be a separate entity from the body. Although the mind and body are closely related, The mind has a special nature. If there is anyone who can recognize the nature of the mind and its form, They can identify the root causes of mental problems. It can show you how to do it. For example་. 1. Identifying the perceptions and illusions of the mind 2. How to break bad habits of the mind 3. How to overcome the misconceptions of the mind 4. How to show practical ways to create peace of mind Today, some Western psychologists are also interested in the state of mind and consciousness. Tibetan Buddhism has thousands of years of experience and knowledge of the mind. rather་. A good teacher or philosopher should not only have knowledge of the mind. There is also the actual experience of it and the ability to show it to others. They can be of great help in overcoming mental problems. Your comment shows that we need deeper insights to solve the problems of the mind, and that we need to understand them. Meditation alone can help, but It clearly shows the need for people who are familiar with the nature of the mind. Have you ever met someone familiar with the state of mind? (fb)
