The Ontario Association for Infant and Child Development OAICD represents Infant and Child Development Programs ICDPs in Ontario that are funded by the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services. At OAICD we believe that all children deserve access to quality services that promote their development and wellbeing. A diagnosis is not required for access to infant and child development service. Your child is eligible if you have concerns for your childs development.
