Hearts with Hope Foundation Hearts with Hope Foundation HWHF is a licensed accredited 24hour nonprofit organization with 501c3 status dedicated to serving atrisk children and adolescents in the foster care system. HWHFs General Residential Operation GRO and Transitional Living Program serves girls ages 723. These children and youth may have been victims of abuse neglect substance abuse or family crisis situations. Strategic Services Get Involved We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen to participate in the Birdies for Charity Program in conjunction with the Houston Open Golf Tournament.
