October O-BOC Gathering: An Opportunity for Connecting and Sharing! From Vancouver Island to Ottawa, Oblates and Oblate Associates came together once again for our second Online Basic Oblate Community (O-BOC) of the fall. This month, our formation focused on Constitution #4: “The cross of Jesus Christ is central to our mission.” Together, we reflected on how moments of failure, frustration, or suffering — our own or others’ — can lead us to seek hope and strength in the Cross of Christ. We are grateful for all who joined us and for those who were with us in spirit.
