Congratulations to our 2025 Student Research Competition winners! We’re proud to celebrate the next generation of brain tumour researchers who are driving innovation and discovery across Canada. This year, we received 16 submissions from 10 universities nationwide, with six outstanding projects selected to present at the competition on September 27, 2025. A total of $2,250 in funding was awarded through the Pam and Rolando Del Maestro Endowment in recognition of the students' exceptional work. Thank you to all the participants, mentors and judges who made this event possible, and to Dr. Lauren Westhaver from Dalhousie University for sharing insights from her research project during the event.
