Niagara Safety Village Welcome to Niagara Safety Village. The Niagara Safety Village is a nonprofit educational facility located on the Niagara College Campus in Welland Ontario. Our mission is to create a safe and controlled environment in which to teach safety education to the residents of Niagara with our priority population being school children. We work in partnership with the Niagara Regional Police Service Regional Fire Services and Niagara Emergency Medical Services.
