Grace House isn’t just a shelter — it’s a place where healing begins. 🏠💛 With 10 beds and an emergency couch, Grace House offers safe, warm refuge to women in our community when they need it most. Beyond a roof and a bed, it’s a place of hope.Every resident works one-on-one with our dedicated Transition Planner where they case plan to connect with vital resources and take meaningful steps forward on their journey. And let’s not forget Neema, our resident support cat 🐾 — always ready with a gentle nuzzle or quiet company.
