Why we show our HOPE in Action: Toronto West "The Toronto West Region's main Benefactor is The Salvation Army Family Life Resource Centre in Brampton, Ontario Canada. This organization provides: -Crisis Individual Counselling for the women and the children -Assistance with legal services -Plan development -Life skills and Parenting Advice -Support groups -Homework Club for the children ..... -Last but so very vital to their survival, advancement and reintegration, they provide housing, food, clothing and personal care items. We from the Toronto West Region help to support them by supplying food, personal care items, back to school backpacks, Christmas gifts and winter clothing . Many of these women and children, including babies have to flee from their homes with nothing but the clothes on their backs. My heartfelt plea to you is to help us to continue to support these abused women and children by making a monetary donation to this worthy, urgent and regrettably continuing situation. Together we can help to make sure that these women and children can regain their dignity, and get back on track to becoming and to being valuable to the growth and well being of our society."
