COMPASSION COMMUNITY CONNECTION Out Of The Cold Welcome to the Out of the Cold Foundation website for the 202425 season. If you are a guest looking for help from an Out of the Cold please visit our Location page to find out the current services being provided by churches and synagogues throughout Toronto. Due to city funding issues as well as health and safety concerns some individual sites are unable to deliver overnight programs but are still operating to meet the increasing needs of those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Most locations are back to providing indoor meals and other essential services to guests seeking a few hours of shelter and comfort.
