Adoptable Vance – the ridiculously sweet boy who’s impossible not to love! Vance is one of those dogs who just gets it. He knows that life is about love, snacks, and being near his favorite people. His goofy grin and big heart will have you falling for him in no time. Vance’s Likes • Chimkin (the holy grail of treats, 10/10 would recommend) • Grammas (he’s convinced they give the best pats and sneaky snacks) • All the people (if you’ve got a hand, he wants you to use it for pets) • Loveys (snuggly toys, blankies, or even your lap – he treasures them all) • Cuddles, ear scratches, and belly rubs • Walks where he can sniff every blade of grass • Playtime and goofiness – life’s better when it’s fun Possible Dislikes • He wants everyone to love him. It’s highly offensive that somebody wouldn’t look at this boy’s fuzzy smile and think, “we should be pals. Forever.” • Baths (meh, unnecessary in his opinion) • Cats… or maybe not? For 5 endless months, Lady has been behind kennel doors. Five months of watching families walk past. Five months of wagging her tail at strangers, only to be left behind again. She is about 5 years old — past the shenanigans of puppyhood, steady, loyal, and gentle. She has already endured more heartache than any dog should, and yet her spirit remains unbroken. She still believes in people. She still believes in love. All Lady wants is a place to belong. A quiet corner of your home. A soft bed. A kind hand to pat her head at night and scratch her ears in the morning. Just someone to look at her and say, “You matter. You’re home.” Hart will cover every cost — food, vetting, supplies. What we can’t give her is what she craves most: a family. That part is up to you. You can foster. We promise. It may the best thing you’ve ever done. For Lady it will mean everything. Please don’t let Lady spend another night wondering if she’ll ever be chosen. Open your heart. Give her the only thing she’s ever wanted.
