Our program gives young people the skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead in their community—completely free and government-funded. Through mentorship, hands-on projects, and leadership workshops, youth explore their talents, make friends, and give back to Airdrie. No financial barriers—just support, growth, and impact. We’ve seen kids develop skills, confidence, and a sense of purpose—and we want even more young people to benefit.
