We recently completed effectiveness monitoring (checking on how well restoration efforts are holding up) along the sc̓e:ɬxʷəy̓əm corridor! The site was partially flooded due to heavy rain the day before, but we forged ahead. It is always fascinating to see how different conditions shape the sites over time. We snapped photos, counted fish, measured channels, and installed dissolved oxygen loggers to collect long-term water quality data.
