CORE Community Services is delighted to announce its successful bid for the Federal Government’s Social Housing Accelerator Funding (SHAF) administered by Homes NSW, reinforcing its commitment to tackling homelessness and providing comprehensive services across all stages of life. As a grassroots organisation CORE is committed to providing avenues for individuals and families to thrive through programs and services across Southwest Sydney. This new contract aims to provide stable housing and comprehensive support services to disadvantaged CALD communities in Southwest Sydney, ultimately working towards ending homelessness in our community. CORE’s approach integrates housing assistance with child and family services, youth programs, and aged and disability care ensuring a continuum of care for those who need it most. These holistic services not only address immediate housing concerns but also empower individuals to build a sustainable future.
