Pledge to Restore engage in activities that directly improve poverty elimination, cure, hope, education, community development, youth empowerment in Sri Lanka. PLEDGE deliver charity work in the North, East of Sri Lanka, helping disadvantaged people to escape poverty and realize their potential through sustainable development initiatives. We also advocate locally, nationally and internationally to tackle underlining causes of issues surrounding poverty, unemployment, education and mental health issues in these identified regions. In this work, we are guided by our strategic plan, which sets out on agenda for action for the entire confederation. The plan is the result of an indepth review of our past accomplishments and extensive consultations with our filed staff, volunteers, partners and donors. We truly believe the implementation of these strategic directions will strengthen our collective impact by leveraging charity vision, making the most of our fieldbased learning and creating the community we need. To equip, transform and empower these deserving people, we focus on key sustainable development projects in the area of agriculture, women empowerment, advancing education and suicide prevention.
