In just three hours, NTHA Training covered several key topics including the responsibilities of effective leadership, personality profiling and its impact on communication, conflict resolution strategies, and managing workplace underperformance. Stepping in for NTHA Chief Executive Officer David Little, NTHA Chairman Peter Hutchison officially opened the proceedings.
