🪘✨We are blessed to have so many talented people working at Gateway! Team member Bel is a trained Rhythm to Recovery facilitator, and she is running drumming workshops with our staff to facilitate wellbeing, enhance emotional regulation and reduce stress. Due to the nature of the work we do our team members are vulnerable to vicarious trauma and burn out. These sessions provide Gateway staff with a vital opportunity to connect with each other and practice self-care. Thanks Bel!🪘💖 (fb)
