🌿 Strengthening Care through Trauma-Informed Practice 🌿 Today, CEO Trudy Hanson and Senior Counsellor Cathy Banks visited Kanandah in alongside Mudgee Branch Coordinator Liz Mayberry to deliver training on Trauma-Informed Practice in Aged Care Facilities. 💙 Staff explored ways to enhance mental health and emotional well-being for patients. 🤝 They learned how building trust leads to stronger, more supportive care environment. ✨ Plus, they discussed self-care strategies to prevent workplace burnout—because caregivers need care too! NALAG aims to assist and support people who are grieving a loss through Grief Support NALAG NSW provides a free confidential grief and loss support services across NSW delivered by our team of trained volunteers and staff. We provide telephone support and in some of our Centres facetoface support and counselling.
