The purpose of the Tasmanian Leaders Foundation is to provide benevolent relief to Tasmanians who are who are unemployed underemployed and experiencing disadvantage persons living with a disability or Tasmanian Aboriginal peoplethrough access to leadership programs and reskilling training which provides specific opportunities and support for this group of Tasmanians to lead an improved quality of life. The Foundation will develop and deliver programsthat increase exposure and accessibility for those disadvantaged which will iincrease their employability and reduce economic hardship ii allow them totake their place as role models to others disadvantaged iii increase theopportunity for them to achieve mainstream leadership roles and to inspire andlead across advantaged and disadvantaged communities across all sectors andiv increase individual resilience to overcome entrenched disadvantage.
