We rolled out WoCMentorWoC Program, a pilot and firstofitskind mentoring program by, for, and with Women of Colour for Women of Colour. The program supports 20 Women of Colour mentees and 20 Women of Colour mentors. The program is contextualised and speaks to the lived experiences of Women of Colour navigating a corporate work environment where they are often minoritised and racialised. The program aims to support professional Women of Colour to: Advance their career Enhance their skills Build their network Provide a safe sounding board for advice and recommendations 2. In partnership with the Australian Human Rights Commission, we hosted a Community Consultation. Our community engaged with the team tasked with undertaking consultations to progress the National AntiRacism Framework. The Framework will include actions to be taken across Commonwealth and State and Territory governments, partnerships between community and business, and capacitybuilding for communities to respond to racism.
