Te-Kworo Foundation empowers women and children in northern Uganda through education, maternal healthcare, child protection, and livelihood support. We offer scholarships, vocational training, and health services to help communities rebuild and thrive. TeKworo Foundation Australia Pty Ltd exists to support the work of TeKworo Foundation Limited, an NGO registered in Uganda. The two TeKworo Foundations work together to secure a future for African girls. TeKworo Foundation Limited operates: three boarding schools, offering academic studies and vocational training to over 300 girls in 2022; a Maternal & Child Health Clinic and a mobile medical clinic, which together serve a population of approximately 300,000 people in Northern Uganda. The two TeKworo Foundations work to give every woman and child the chance of a healthy life by supporting access to education, lifesaving maternal health services and the opportunity for a safe birth.
