Our aim is to promote Chinese Culture to the Australian Community with Dragon Boat, Lion and Dragon Dance, Wu Shu, Dancing, Opera, Table Tennis and Social Welfare We offered a valuable service to the Communities by providing cultural, sports and welfare activities. Over the years it has played a major role in providing benefits through our activities for not only Australian of Chinese background, but also for members of the wider Australian community. Our activity groups catered for all ages from school students, youths , adults and seniors. Activity groups were as follows: 1) Cultural dance, 2) Dragon boat, 3) Lion and dragon dance, 4) Chinese martial arts, 5) Tai Chi and Table Tennis, 6) Cantonese Opera 7) Welfare and Recreation, 8) Art Troupe (Fashion Show and Wrist Drum dance). We frequently participated in external events like Sydney Lunar new year festival and so on. Our activity groups run classes: Chinese calligraphy class, Chinese painting class, Cantonese Opera class, Wushu Class and Yoga class. They also provided Chinese cultural, lion and dragon dance performances in schools as well as community events. Our opera group has also been organizing Cantonese opera concerts annually in support of the NSW senior week event.
