Our first Community Health Promotion Clinic at the new Learning Center brought together patients, healthcare professionals, and partners, creating a space for care, listening, and learning. Over one big day, participants received vital checks, blood tests, diagnoses, and personal care plans. There were also open foyer sessions led by specialists on managing chronic illness and promoting preventative health, including cancer, diabetes, and hypertension.
