What an interesting morning our participants had learning about Botany for Beginners from Dr Hilary Pearl. Hilary’s workshop covered the four main plant families in our area. Participants also made a small plant press to take home. Some of them were a work of art. Thanks to Sunshine Coast Councils Grants for subsidising this workshop. (fb)

We have a team of active volunteers staffed by a core of experts using local knowledge established methods and the latest science to guide our projects and actions. Mooloolah River Landcare MRL is located at Glenview. At our facility you will find our Native Plant Nursery the Sunshine Coast Biocontrol Facility meeting space and offices.
