ISSA is a not for profit welfare organisation established in 1955. It provides a range of services to South Australia’s Muslim community and manages the Marion, Wandana, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge and Whyalla mosques. The Islamic Society together with our partners ACH Group and the Islamic Arabic Center provides a culturally and religiously appropriate service providing a worryfree and social lifestyle for elderly Muslim Australians while creating a favorable and a practical option to life after retirement * Providing the services to perform a Marriage Ceremony for Muslims according to both Islamic practice of marriage principles and Australian legal requirements *The Islamic Society of South Australia works with individuals and families of those who are facing a range of issues relating to family and marital disputes, domestic violence, grief and loss, homelessness, and financial hardship *Conducting different programs, events, and activities that targeted children, youth, adults, and the community.
