Brave Foundation (Brave) is Australia s first national notforprofit dedicated to equipping pregnant and parenting young Australians with resources, referrals, and education opportunities to facilitate happy, healthy, and skilled families. Brave s Vision is to see future generations thrive by unlocking the boundless potential of young parents. Since 2018, Brave Foundation has supported hundreds of pregnant and parenting young people across Australia. We have mentors in the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania who walk alongside the program participants to work towards individual goals to nurture a healthy family and further their education and/or workforce participation.
