We see children every day just like Izzy*, who at just three years old entered foster care after experiencing unimaginable neglect. Izzy wouldn't walk, talk or speak when she met her foster carers, Leah* and Daniel.* It took dedication and care from Leah and Daniel - and eventually Izzy began to thrive. Our Mother Infant Village (MI Village) is a safe haven where mothers and infants, who have experienced family violence, can heal and rebuild their lives together. Recently, our Philanthropy Team had the privilege of visiting, to experience the impact of our dedicated Family Violence Service staff and workers.
