✨ Yesterday we welcomed the Hon Kate Washington MP, Minister for Families and Communities, and Minister for Disability Inclusion, along with Greg Warren MP, Dr Mike Freelander MP and Mayor of Campbelltown Darcy Lound to our our Campbelltown Young Parents Hub to hear about our Village Connect program. It was an incredibly moving day, hearing directly from three parents — Madi, Maddy and Kaitlyn — who bravely shared the profound impact Village Connect has had on their lives. One mum summed it up beautifully: 💬 “Now my kids have a better mother.” There were sparkling eyes across the room as we listened to stories of growth, hope, and resilience. 🧡 We’re so proud of the Village Connect model, co-designed with young parents to provide relational care — built on trust, respect and walking alongside families. The difference is clear: parents feel less isolated, more confident, and more connected.
