This prestigious national award recognises educators under the age of 35 who are demonstrating exceptional leadership, innovation and impact in the early stages of their careers. Rebecca is the second SMGS staff member to receive this honour in 2025, a testament to the strength and dedication of our teaching team. Since joining SMGS, Rebecca has led the Mathematics faculty with energy and purpose, integrating real-world problem-solving, technology and personalised learning to engage and empower students. Her background as a Chartered Structural Engineer and her Master of Teaching (Secondary) bring unique insight to her teaching, helping students connect theory to practice.
