MADCOW - Make A Difference Change Our World! We have two streams of benevolent support. We offfer employment opportunities for Karen refugess. We currently have approx 45 Karen refugees on staff and 2 of these staff members are in middle management positions. This business provides the employment opportunities and is continuing to grow. Profits from this business support the main purpose of our charity, and that is homeless services. Our homeless services have expanded to meet the growing need of people requiring our help. Another staff position being created and approx 30 volunteers supporting our work. Our model of service delivery is widely supported by the community and we now have other organisations using our space to provide other wrap around services for those that are homeless. Our service consists of food and beverages, laundry facilities, showers, storage for personal items, advocacy and emergency supply of food and occasionally accomodation.
