Our vision is to improve education training and employment outcomes for young people in the Outer East of Melbourne. Your partner for education and training opportunities The Outer Eastern Local Learning Employment Network OELLEN is a community organisation funded by the Victorian Government to develop networks with schools employers community and families. For Business and Industry Get involved by partnering in practical projects that enhance learning beyond the classroom such as school industry tours young ambassador programs career expos and work placements. Structured Workplace Learning involves onthejob training where students master skills related to accredited courses like VET in Schools VCE VCE VM or VPC.
