Our hearts melted when we saw this beautiful moment of friendship between two residents recently 🥰 It was captured at Jacobs Court aged care community by manager Shree and these are her words: "Regardless of age, friendships are core to life. For our residents, and for all of us, companionship is a requirement to thrive in life. At Jacobs Court, we take friendships and companionships seriously. Our staff work hard to create opportunities for connection, and we actively encourage resident-to-resident friendships.
