Educating The Future (ETF) endeavours to liberate the potential of disadvantaged youth in developing nations through the power of education. Educating the Future Australia Limited is a youthled, registered Australian notforprofit organisation. Our primary activity is the provision of direct benevolent relief to impoverished children aged 35 who live in disadvantage, high priority regional communities of Timor Leste. As such, Educating the Future aims to provide children in TimorLeste a better quality of life by improving their access to preschool education. This is achieved by constructing preschool education infrastructure in partnership with incountry organisations, including the Ministry of Education (MoE) TimorLeste, Local Municipal Governments, School Management Committees, and partner nongovernmental organisations. Educating the Future works with MoE to identify inneed communities based on an evidencebased priority list, conduct community socialisation, implement operational, financial and risk controls, and enable the ongoing provision of Governmentrun preschool facility, curriculum and teaching staff.
