This week we held our first ever Shed Gathering in the Northern Territory - with great success! Shedders hailed from Palmerston, Dundee, Darwin, Humpty Doo, Leanyer, Millner, Katherine, Peppimenarti, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Wadeye/Pt Keats and Bargo (NSW!) to meet in Darwin. We were treated to a BBQ buffet feast and great entertainment for a social dinner on Tuesday evening at Darwin FreeSpirit Resort. Wednesday kicked off with a BBQ breakfast hosted by Palmerston Men's Shed, where we were also joined by Luke Gosling MP and Dan Repacholi MP for an excellent day of shed talk. Many contact details were exchanged with sheds looking to visit other sheds to share timbers and tools (and everything in between🗣🛠🪵☕️). Thanks shedders - and see you next time! (fb)
