For many young people, going back to school isn’t just about stepping into a classroom. It’s stepping back into social pressures, unspoken expectations and feelings they may not know how to handle. This time of year can bring up anxiety, loneliness and overwhelm, especially for those already facing mental health challenges. That’s where our support groups come in. We offer safe, welcoming spaces, online and in person, where young people can talk about what’s really going on, feel understood and build the confidence to keep moving forward. If you’re a parent noticing your child struggling, a teacher seeing a student withdraw or a school leader looking for ways to support your students, we’re here. We’re proud to share that Youth Insearch is one of the beneficiaries for this year’s Run For The Hills, happening on Sunday 7 September 2025 at Bella Vista Farm, NSW. This year, you can choose to fundraise and run for Youth Insearch! At Youth Insearch, we are dedicated to helping young people heal, build resilience, and find hope for their future. Our immersive, trauma-informed Weekend Workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for young individuals to address trauma, loss, abuse, and family breakdown. These workshops are facilitated by trained Peer Leaders, clinicians, and Youth Support Adults, creating a space where young people can unpack their challenges and begin their journey towards healing. By participating in Run for the Hills and choosing to support Youth Insearch, you're contributing to these life-changing programs. Your involvement helps us continue to provide these essential services to young people who need it most. Every step you take is a step towards changing a young person's story.
