🌟Become a volunteer!🌟 💗Our super volunteer Belinda has truly embraced the spirit of making a difference in our community.❤️Belinda is part of our Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS), a program that Co.As.It. Community Services has tailored to provide social support and connections for older people living at home or in residential care.⭐Belinda has forged a friendship with Maria, 90, bonded by coffee, cooking and a passion for crafts.🧶Belinda's friendship and enthusiasm inspires Maria to make the most of her golden years. When Maria is not enjoying Belinda's visits and our social groups, she is busy creating colorful quilts. Maria generously donates quilts for children in hospitals.🏥A longstanding Co.As.It. client, Maria's capacity to create quilts has been enhanced by the domestic assistance she receives under the Home Care Package program in addition to allied health services.⭐This gives Maria plenty of time to focus on quilt-making - a craft Belinda now wishes to embrace.
