Join us at the St Margaret's Anglican Church - Eltham upcoming event 'HOPE 25' on 31 May. Until the end of this week, we are collecting messages of hope from the community to be featured in the art installation at 'HOPE 25'. To write a message, please visit our stand in the healthAbility Eltham foyer. Members of our team will also be at the event to provide information and resources, and support St Margaret's in raising awareness of family violence and violence against women. Every Tuesday until the end of June our Service Connection team will be hosting a pop-up information desk in our level 2 waiting room at Box Hill. Anyone is welcome to drop in and chat with Service Connector Shuang (who speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese) to find out more about how the team supports people to access aged care services.
