Lifeline Opportunity Shops support the delivery of Lifeline Telephone Support services. Lifeline Gippsland aims to relieve distress in the community through Lifeline's 13 11 14 Crisis Telephone Line, and communitybased training. Our mission is to create a more resilient community that is suicidesafe. We provide: a) Crisis intervention through the 24/7 National Crisis Support Helpline. b) Outreach training on Domestic Violence and Mental Health topics. c) Corporate training.

Lifeline Gippsland Telephone Crisis Support Our mission is to support people in crisis help to create a resilient community and prevent suicide through a wide range of crisis support and suicide prevention services including the 247 crisis line 13 11 14 and local programs and campaigns. These activities are tailored to assist us to achieve our vision of an Australia free of suicide where no one has to face their darkest moments alone. Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians aged between 15 and 44 with around 3000 people dying by suicide every year an average of eight people every day. For every suicide there are tragic ripple effects for friends families colleagues and the broader community.
