We're working alongside our Member Schools this term to gather valuable feedback on the refreshed LEAD Survey suite. As part of this collaborative process, ISV’s LEAD team Dr Sophie Specjal, David Granzow, and Rachele Zito have been connecting with schools to ensure the survey continues to be research-informed, future-focused, and closely aligned with the evolving needs of today’s educational landscape. We're also deeply committed to preserving the integrity of over 15 years of longitudinal data, ensuring the insights schools rely on remain meaningful, while we enhance the survey’s relevance and academic rigour. These conversations are just the beginning. Next term, we look forward to engaging even more deeply with our Member Schools as we refine the language, structure and purpose of the LEAD Survey to better reflect what truly matters in teaching and learning today, while continuing to build on the strength and value of the LEAD legacy.
