We first met Ben at our Spring Fling event last year. After hearing the raw, honest stories shared that night, Ben came straight up and asked, “What can I do to help?” Our answer: “Show us what Esuarve means to you.” And he did. With unwavering consistency, Ben reached out again and again—offering his support, showing up, and sharing his own powerful story at one of our Wellbeing Wednesdays. It was clear that Esuarve represented something deeply personal to him—a place he wished existed when he was younger and going through some of his toughest times. Most recently, Ben joined us for our 24-hour endurance event. With no formal training—just pure grit—he showed up, pushed through, and most importantly, connected with our young people in a way that can’t be taught. The bond we witnessed between him and one of our participants was nothing short of inspiring. An ambassador at Esuarve isn’t a title—it’s a responsibility. It means walking alongside our young people, not above them. It means being real, being present, and being living proof that your past doesn’t define your future. We’ve just wrapped up our third and final Esuarve Job Ready Program under the Workforce Australia Local Jobs - Gold Coast This 6-week intensive was designed to support unemployed individuals needing that extra push to become work-ready. From confidence-building to practical skills and employer engagement, our goal was simple: create real outcomes for real people. Heading into the contract, our KPI target was clear — 75% employment placement. Across the three rounds, we delivered beyond expectations: 📋 30 referred into the program ✅ 28 commenced 🎓 27 completed the full program 💼 25 out of 27 were placed into full-time employment That’s a 93% employment success rate. We’re incredibly proud of our participants, our facilitators, and the employers who took a chance on young people looking for a fresh start.
