Supporting environmental educators to create transformative change for a regenerative future. AAEE NSW supported its members as the peak professional association and other environmental educators outside of our membership in NSW and beyond. We held a biannual conference for Environmental Education, ran the Sustainable Schools NSW program, promoted activities of Return and Earn NSW through a partnership, and provided professional development opportunities such as Nature Connections for Government , School & Early Years Educators. We also advocated for environmental education & positive environmental policy through various channels to influence climate and biodiversity outcomes. AAEE NSW supports regional networks of sustainability educators (RSENs) and provides scholarships to our conferences on behalf of the Gould League and Graham Collier Regional Mentor Scholarship programs.
