Fast forward to now and here I am as Merlin’s servant. He has become the most affectionate and cute little guy, purring at the drop of a hat, loving his belly rubs and venturing outside into his private cat enclosure. Merlin thoughtfully restricts my screen time by closing my laptop when he wants to cuddle or play. He is my personal security guard, sleeping on my pillow at night and monitoring the driveway daily from his cat tree. Skittles: Skittles was adopted from CPSV in 2021, and was immediately loved and adored by his new family. Skittles loved to play fetch as a kitten, and has now settled into wrestling tennis balls! Skittles loves to curl up and sit on his adopted family’s laps, happily purring away. Neo: Neo may object to being in a cat calendar because he believes he’s a dog! A gentle soul who will consistently bring his ball back to your feet after you throw it and his loud sniffing of everything has us almost convinced he just might be a dog in a cat outfit. Being very in tune with our human feelings, he will gravitate to the saddest human of the house to provide a little bit of extra loving with his insistent head butts and big paws placed on you.
