**The Illawarra Grammar School Parent and Friends Association** is a nonprofit organisation supporting The Illawarra Grammar School (TIGS) in New South Wales, Australia. ## Structure and membership

The association organizes key annual events such as the **Great Fete**, **Mother’s Day Breakfast and Stall**, and **Father’s Day Breakfast and Stall**. Fundraising proceeds are donated directly to the school for educational resources and infrastructure. A second-hand uniform shop operates as a sustainable fundraising channel.

## Community engagement  
Year-group-specific **parent contact lists** are maintained to foster peer connections, with opt-in participation ensuring privacy compliance. Social gatherings and collaborative activities aim to strengthen relationships between families and the school community.
