A little show and tell to spread the inspo we feel on seeing students engage with our industry! 🐑 🐄🐐 We’re constantly inspired by students’ curiosity and creativity through our Australian Good Meat Education program - especially when they bring their learning to life through themed ag education programs like the recent NTCA Cows for Schools and the Ekka G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) school competitions. 🐮🐐 Using MLA’s curriculum-linked Australian Good Meat Education resources, students explored livestock health and wellbeing, and environmental management, then turned their insights into impressive artworks displayed at Royal Shows. Taking it public allowed the community to get involved by voting for the People’s Choice awards. 🏆 And earlier this month, we joined Royal Agricultural Society of NSW's Farm Days school excursion program, hosting 25 sessions with Red Meat Industry Ambassador ‘Farmer Deb’. Hands-on activities coupled with real-world learning direct from a farmer provided students with a compelling educational experience to remember. 🌾👩‍🌾 These initiatives not only educate with real-world learning – they inspire.
