👋 Meet our newest Trainee, Kaley who has just started her Certificate III in Business as a school-based trainee (SBAT) at Mclean Farms. While completing her qualification, Kaley will be trained on-site in Pittsworth, QLD and online through our RTO, MiTraining. Kaley’s traineeship will provide her with the technical knowledge of business operations and give her the opportunity to put her learning into practice in a thriving business. Another day and another visit for the field team, this time at the Cassowary Coast Careers Expo at Innisfail State College! It was an amazing chance to connect with the local students and share all the ways MIGAS can support career pathways. 💪 We were also stoked to be placed next to our long-time partner, Bradken. It’s always great to spend time with industry leaders who share our passion for developing future talent. A very special shout-out goes to MIGAS apprentice, Noah who is a 1st year Boilermaker apprentice at Bradken. Noah was a great ‘real-life’ example for the students to talk to, and he provided insights into how MIGAS continues to help him during his training.
