Citizens from all walks of life — youth, mothers in small businesses, professionals, community leaders, and students — are experiencing real transformation through the Senisim PNG leadership program, which promotes core values and positive change across Papua New Guinea. Molly O’Rourk, President of the Vabukori Women’s Development Association, praised the program during the “Wake Up with NBC Radio” session in Port Moresby, highlighting its role in reshaping young people’s mindset in Vabukori village. “Adding value to people is one of my favourite principles. It helps us support those who are struggling by encouraging their decisions and lifting them up,” she shared. O’Rourk has facilitated sessions for youth in her community, witnessing many positive changes in their lives. Senisim PNG National Coordinator Phillie Julai Marai noted that the NBC Radio segment — active since 2022 — continues to reach more citizens even without funding. “So far, we’ve hosted five sessions this year, and a lot has been happening in Senisim PNG,” she added. Mrs. O’Rourk encouraged citizens from all backgrounds to take part. “It’s open to everyone and doesn’t require any prior leadership experience.” The program will also host its first national event, Senisim PNG Bung, this month in Port Moresby — a gathering focused on servant leadership and values-based dialogue. Marai also highlighted the success at Marianville Secondary School, where students have completed over 160 Transformation Table sessions and are set to graduate soon. Since 2022, the Tribal Foundation’s Senisim PNG Program has impacted over 6,000 people nationwide. Through values-based leadership training, developed in partnership with leadership expert John C.
