KRA is a not-for-profit org supporting the arts and community cultural development throughout the Katherine Region. Katherine Regional Arts role is to facilitate, develop, expose, lead, implement and lead sustainable, participatory and ethical arts and cultural practice within the region, celebrating and strengthening our community. This was done through the programs we delivered such as Youth Drop in Creative Space, Indigenous stories (32) recorded by Indigenous young people in the Katherine region, yearly Junk Festival, International Womens Day event and workshops, dance workshops, disability arts programs, 'Kadjerine' portrait mural series.
